Our marketing team plays a key role in showcasing GBC’s expertise and culture through creativity, design, and communication. We are looking for a motivated Marketing Junior Executive to join our Vietnam office and grow with us.
💼 Position: Marketing Junior Executive (Vietnam Office)
Location: Ho Chi Minh City

1 🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and social media content (LinkedIn, company website, internal newsletters, etc.).
- Support in content creation, photo selection, and basic graphic layout for marketing materials, job posts, and event promotion.
- Help maintain and update the marketing database, image library, and communication materials.
- Coordinate with the design and engineering teams to prepare presentations, company profiles, and promotional documents.
- Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and recruitment campaigns.
- Research industry trends and collect ideas for new content and branding initiatives.
- Support daily administrative tasks within the marketing department.
2 🔹 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Interest in engineering, architecture, or design industries is a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication in English (German is an advantage).
- Basic knowledge of social media management and digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design tools is beneficial.
- Eager to learn, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
