At gbc engineers, we’re expanding our Engineering Department in Ho Chi Minh City and we’re looking for BIM Engineers to join our international team of experts from Germany and Vietnam.
gbc engineers is an international structural and civil engineering consultancy headquartered in Germany, with a strong and expanding presence in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. We specialize in structural design, BIM modeling, and project management for industrial, commercial, and residential developments across Europe. Position: BIM Engineer
Location: Ho Chi Minh City

What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain BIM models for structural projects using market leading BIM Software, ensuring precision and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with structural engineers, architects, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural models into overall project designs.
- Create and detail 2D/3D models and drawings of structural components such as reinforced concrete (cast in situ and precast concrete), and steel structures.
- Ensure all models and drawings comply with project standards, industry codes, and quality requirements.
- Perform clash detection, and provide BIM-related insights to enhance design quality.
- Support the development and improvement of BIM standards and workflows across the company.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 0–2 years of experience in BIM modeling (for Junior) or multiple years of solid technical experience for Middle/Senior level.
- Proficient in Revit, Allplan or Tekla BIM Software for experienced level
- Good understanding of structural design principles and construction methods.
- Strong attention to detail and design accuracy.
- Good English communication skills (both written and spoken) is a plus
- Team player with proactive can-do attitude, curious, and learning-oriented mindset.

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Nghiên cứu các quy tắc và quy định liên quan đến công việc bao gồm Eurocode và hiểu đầy đủ các quy tắc và quy định
- Đọc kỹ phân tích cấu trúc để hiểu sâu các yêu cầu;
- Chuẩn bị các bản vẽ thiết kế (ván khuôn, cốt thép) dựa trên phân tích kết cấu được cung cấp theo các tiêu chuẩn thiết kế gbc;
- Chịu trách nhiệm hoàn toàn về chất lượng và tính cập nhật của bản vẽ thiết kế được giao;
- Tạo ra các bản vẽ tuân thủ đầy đủ quy trình và tiêu chuẩn QA / QC của công ty;
Ihr Profil:
- Sinh viên mới tốt nghiệp trong lĩnh vực liên quan (Xây dựng & Kết cấu hoặc Cao đẳng Kỹ thuật) hoặc dưới 1 năm kinh nghiệm
- Hiểu biết nhanh nhạy và cảm quan tốt về kết cấu với mô hình 3D
- Khả năng chịu áp lực công việc tốt.
