RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist onboarding procedure for new employees
  • Apply visa process and work permit for expats
  • Follow up roster update of all departments
  • Prepare and organise company’s event, birthday parties…
  • Update and record employee dossier
  • Record employee monthly leave
  • Other tasks assigned by HRM

QUALIFICATIONS

  • College degree or above
  • No experience required
  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Being able to respect tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email.
  • Teamwork
