Aufgaben
Eigenverantwortliche Planung,
Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Messungen an Bestandsgebäuden mittels
terrestrischem Laserscanning (TLS) und mobilem Laserscanning.
Unterstützung und Durchführung von
Vermessungsaufgaben im Innen- sowie Außendienst.
Auswertung und Aufbereitung der
Vermessungsdaten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem internationalen Team.
Erstellung von
Wohnflächenberechnungen gemäß DIN 277.
Erstellung und Pflege von
Raumbüchern.
Koordination von Projekten im
Bereich der Tragwerksplanung und aktive Kommunikation mit allen
Projektbeteiligten.
Sicherstellung unserer hohen
Qualitätsstandards, Koordination der Aufgaben sowie Überwachung des
Projektfortschritts.
- Administration and training management:
- Assist in the preparation and organization of training materials and classrooms.
- Oversee daily classroom activities, ensuring a conducive learning environment.
- Coordinate schedules and logistics for training sessions.
- Support in surveys and evaluations:
- Assist in developing and conducting surveys to assess trainee satisfaction and training effectiveness.
- Gather and analyze feedback to support continuous improvement in training programs.
- Document and resource management:
- Manage and maintain documentation related to training sessions, including attendance records, materials, and evaluations.
- Organize and update resources and training materials as needed.
- Communication:
- Act as a point of contact for trainees regarding administrative inquiries.
- Collaborate with trainers and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Anforderungen
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als
Vermessungstechniker (m/w/d) oder Bauzeichner-Ingenieurbau (m/w/d).
Hohe Motivation, eigenständige und
zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Konzentration.
Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und
interkulturelle Kompetenz.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
in Wort und Schrift.
Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS
Office-Programmen.
Idealerweise CAD-Kenntnisse,
beispielsweise in AutoCAD, Allplan oder Revit.

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is the plus.
- Proficient in English (speaking, listening, reading, writing) is required.
- Previous experience in administrative support or a training environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with survey tools and data analysis is a plus.
