🌉 Your Mission
As the Assistant to the Technical Director, you’ll support the strategic and
operational heartbeat of our engineering department — ensuring smooth
coordination, data-driven reporting, and efficient communication across teams.
You will:
· Manage meetings, communications, and calendars for the Technical Director
· Prepare reports, presentations, and analyses for internal and external use
· Coordinate between engineering, training, and quality assurance divisions
· Support social media management and direct talent sourcing
· Implement company regulations and ensure compliance follow-ups

· You enable the Technical Director to focus on strategic priorities
· Meetings, reporting, and communications run seamlessly
· SOPs and quality standards are implemented effectively
· You act as a trusted link between leadership and the wider team
🎯 Your Profile
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Business Administration.
· Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
· Detail-oriented, assertive, and solution-driven mindset
· Experience in engineering administration and documentation
· Strong Vietnamese and English skills; German is a plus
· Preferably familiar with data analysis tools
