At GBC Engineers, we’re expanding our Engineering Department in Da Nang — and we’re looking for BIM Engineers (Junior, Middle & Senior Levels) to join our international team of experts from Germany and Vietnam.
We specialize in structural design, BIM modeling, and project management for industrial, commercial, and residential developments across Europe. Combining German engineering precision with digital innovation and international collaboration, we deliver sustainable, high-quality design solutions for the built environment.

1 🚀 What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain BIM models for structural projects using market leading BIM Software, ensuring precision and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural models into overall project designs.
- Create and detail 2D/3D models and drawings of structural components such as rebar, precast concrete, and steel structures.
- Ensure all models and drawings comply with project standards, industry codes, and quality requirements.
- Participate in coordination meetings, perform clash detection, and provide BIM-related insights to enhance design quality.
- Support the development and improvement of BIM standards and workflows across the company.
2 🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil/Structural Engineering
- 0–2 years of experience in BIM modeling (for Junior) or multiple years of solid technical experience for Middle/Senior level.
- Proficient in Revit, Allplan or Tekla BIM Software for experienced level
- Good understanding of structural design principles and construction methods.
- Strong attention to detail and design accuracy.
- Good English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Team player with proactive can-do attitude, curious, and learning-oriented mindset.
