Tasks
- Scheduling and managing meetings, meeting notes, and follow-up.
- Tasks distribution and task follow-up of Group Director.
- E-mail and communications management. Reporting and summarizing content.
- Creating presentations and documents for internal and external use.
- Summarizing information and regularly reporting to the Group Director.
- Following up on disciplinary cases, error reports.
- Auditing on behalf of GD to ensure compliance with Company regulations and preparing appropriate responses for violations.
- Coordinating with divisions such as training, Quality Assurance, etc. on behalf of the Group Director.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Project.
- At least 1-year experience as a Document Controller in the construction industry – Accept newbie.
- Bachelor´s Degree in Construction Management or similar.
- Basic English (spoken & written) (At least B2 English skills).
