As part of our expansion, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Group IT Manager to lead and strengthen our IT operations, ensuring security, efficiency, and technological advancement across our international teams.
💼 Position: Group IT Manager (Vietnam Office)

🔹 Key Responsibilities
IT Operations & Support

Oversee all aspects of IT infrastructure management, including networks, servers, software systems, and end-user devices.

Lead the IT Helpdesk operations, ensuring timely resolution of all support requests and incidents.

Provide hands-on technical assistance to staff, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth IT service delivery.

Manage implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of all IT systems to ensure high availability and reliability.

Act as the primary escalation point for complex IT issues and ensure effective communication during outages or emergencies.
Data Security & Systems Maintenance
-
Safeguard company data, IT assets, and networks through robust cybersecurity practices.

Implement and maintain regular system backups, database integrity, and user access controls.

Maintain an updated inventory of all IT assets, including hardware, software, and licensing compliance.

Monitor data integrity and ensure compliance with internal and legal data security standards.
IT Policy & Strategy

Develop and continuously improve IT policies, procedures, and documentation to support data security, efficiency, and compliance.

Audit IT systems, identify improvement areas, and present actionable solutions to the Board of Directors (BoD).

Prepare and deliver monthly reports on system performance, audit outcomes, and improvement initiatives.

Support the BoD in developing management software and digital transformation projects.
Team Leadership & Budget Management

Lead and mentor the IT team, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.

Plan and manage the annual IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and strategic resource allocation.

Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning within the IT department.

Build and maintain relationships with vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
🔹 Requirements
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar leadership role, ideally in an international or engineering company.

Strong technical background in managing servers, networks, telecommunications, and system administration.

Hands-on experience with Windows Server (2010–2016), Microsoft Office (2010–2016), and network configurations (Routers, Firewalls, DNS, ADSL).

Fluent in English (spoken and written).
