Tasks
- HR Records Management: Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form, maintain data in ERP
- HRIS Management: Ensure accurate data entry and updates in the ERP (Odoo)
- Recruitment Assistance: Support recruitment efforts by posting job ads, organizing resumes and job applications, scheduling interviews, and assisting in the hiring process
- Employee Onboarding: Assist with new employee onboarding processes, including preparing documents, coordinating orientation programs, and ensuring seamless integration of new hires
- Benefits Administration: Help administer benefits programs such as health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and leave of absence.
- Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Reporting: Prepare HR reports on key metrics such as turnover, hiring, and employee engagement.
- Employee Communication: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company-wide events like staff meetings, workshops, and celebrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Human Resources or business administration
- At least 2 year’s experience human resource & administration
- Solid knowledge about the labor code, recruitment, internal communication
- Fluent in English language communication.
- Being able to respect tight deadlines and work under pressure
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email
