Tasks
- In charge of the full cycle of the project: responsible for the overall implementation of requirements to meet project standards
- 1. Analyze: Receive, review, and clarify detailed record of all instructions, requirements by the client, and estimate for projects
- 2. Develop: Coordinate with all parties to develop the project schedule, workload, manpower, timeline, budget, quality, risk, and solutions…, and another aspect of a project management
- 3. Manage: Follow performance/quality of project, finalize, and solve any arising variation/issue to assure company standard
- 4. Odoo record: Assure correct records of all submissions in Odoo
- 5. Manpower: Plan project manpower resources, workload, evaluation, and people management to develop team
- 6. Training: Evaluation requirements of the project, prepare appropriate training course to upgrade the technical skill of team members/leader
- 7. Budget: Assure planned hours of all tasks/sub-task in project milestones to meet the assigned budget
- 8. Meeting: Weekly meeting with design teams, consultants, clients, and line manager… assure all changes to the project are agreed upon by all relevant parties
- 9. Forecast: Prepare monthly forecast with at least 2 months’ forecast
- 10. Report: Make a report as requested, especially a project completion report
- Assure permanent conformity of design to customer specifications and requirements, company standards, and other regulatory requirements.
- Assure full scope of service as per contract agreement without exception.
- Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships within a project team.
- Develop and improve company procedure and workflow; Present regular improvement ideas and implement plans to BoD (quarterly)
- Support other departments (if needed) for project management.
Requirements
- At least 1-year experience as Project Manager in Structural Design or Consulting
- At least 6 years experience in engineering
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferred) qualified in a relevant subject e.g. B. Eng or M. Eng, or equivalent
- Good English (spoken & written) (At least B2 English skills)
- High level of communication and intermediate leadership skills
- Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to a wide variety of tasks and functions.
- Experience in coordination with other parties and clients in projects
- Able to think globally and work with various cultures/backgrounds.
- Reliable, professional, self-motivated, and good attitude
- Strong problem-solving and time/risk management skills
- Strong multi-task and priority skills to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
- Project management skills or experience
- Leadership management, training, and development of subordinate engineers.
