Tasks
- Creating, putting into practice, and maintaining digital protocols for projects and meet the requirements from client
- Coordinate project models with client and other participants.
- Make sure that all projects adhere to and follow the QA process based on requirements from Clients
- Managing BIM Coordinator to ensure the effectiveness of Clash Detection, Model Audit, and Model Maintenance using BIMCollab, Solibri or relevant softwares
- Direct communication with the client through meeting, emails and transfer value information to BIM Team
- Attendance and participation in the biweekly meetings of the team
- Resolve issues and offer suggestions to clients as necessary
- Determine and document any training requirements that must be met in order to complete a project
- Communicate with the BIM Team and the Client, making sure that all correspondence is correct, succinct, and clear
- Make Weekly Project Reports to Line Manager
Requirements
- Having 3-5 years experience at the same position
- Good knowledge about BIM and Structural
- Good at Revit, Naviswork, BIM360, BIMCollab, Solibri
