At gbc engineers, we’re expanding our Engineering Department in Ho Chi Minh City and we’re looking for BIM Engineers to join our international team of experts from Germany and Vietnam.
gbc engineers is an international structural and civil engineering consultancy headquartered in Germany, with a strong and expanding presence in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. We specialize in structural design, BIM modeling, and project management for industrial, commercial, and residential developments across Europe. Combining German engineering precision with digital innovation and international collaboration, we deliver sustainable, high-quality design solutions for the built environment.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain BIM models for structural projects using market leading BIM Software, ensuring precision and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with structural engineers, architects, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural models into overall project designs.
Create and detail 2D/3D models and drawings of structural components such as reinforced concrete (cast in situ and precast concrete), and steel structures.
Ensure all models and drawings comply with project standards, industry codes, and quality requirements.
Perform clash detection and provide BIM-related insights to enhance design quality.
Support the development and improvement of BIM standards and workflows across the company.
What We’re Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience in BIM modeling, preferably in structural disciplines including reinforcement concrete structures and
steel structures - Expertise in Revit. Allplan is a plus.
- Experience with reinforced concrete structures and steel structures.
- English proficiency in conversation.
- Strong understanding of structural design principles and construction methods.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in model creation and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and industry standards.
