Ihre Aufgaben:
- • Develop and implement BIM strategic planning for the company incl. but not limited to BIM Execution Plan/ BIM Handbook and other required BIM standards.
- • Define and develop BIM workflows for 4D and 5D BIM.
- • Manage and coordinate BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement on all related BIM projects, files and models
- • Grow and develop implementation of BIM projects (BIM Modelling, BIM Coordination, QS).
- • Provide day-to-day BIM support to the project team, which includes BIM software use, model troubleshooting and techniques.
- • Actively participate in the project delivery process by supporting project teams through BIM project execution planning.
- • Work closely with BIM coordinators and BIM Engineers and Architects, who are responsible for producing project information models and coordinate technical issues and requests.
- • Manage and distribute controlled copies of information to ensure team members have the latest, correct information.
- • Ensure that BIM execution plans are produced, maintained and strictly implemented for each project.
- • Coordinate with project teams to ensure BIM objectives are integrated into the project workflows.
- • Deliver BIM training to teams and individuals, both internally and externally.
- • Coordinate BIM model inputs from multiple consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- • Monitor project progress against agreed BIM deliverables and deadlines.
- • Manage BIM projects and assure that clients requirements, costs and time schedule are met at all times.
- • Implement and assure the company’s quality assurance procedures.
- • Monitor the progress and quality of BIM projects, evaluate performance, and propose necessary improvements as needed.
- • Participate in weekly meetings, prepare minutes and reports to management.
- • Report to management in weekly and monthly management meetings, prepare monthly progress reports and presentation to management.
- • Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties and tasks as assigned by line manager
Ihr Profil:
- • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or structural engineering.
- • Proficient knowledge in Revit, Navisworks, BIM360 Glue, BIM360
- • Experience with 4D and 5D BIM and further.
- • Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in BIM Management or relevant role.
- • Experience in coordination with other parties / clients in projects
- • Good communication skills in English language.
- • Excellent organizational and planning skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- • Able to think globally and work with various cultures/backgrounds.
- • Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to a wide variety of tasks and functions.
- • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change.
