đź’Ľ Position: Lead BIM Engineer
đź“Ť Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the Building Information Modeling (BIM) process across multidisciplinary projects — from early design to construction and as-built stages.

  • Coordinate Architecture, Structure, and MEP BIM teams to ensure seamless collaboration.

  • Manage BIM deliverables according to client BEPs and contract requirements.

  • Conduct coordination meetings, clash detection, and model quality audits using Navisworks, Solibri, or BIM Track.

  • Set up and maintain BIM models in Revit, Civil 3D, or Allplan, ensuring consistent quality and development level.

  • Develop and implement internal BIM standards, templates, and workflows.

  • Mentor and train junior BIM engineers, enhancing overall team capability.

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, IT, and software teams to maintain smooth data flow in CDE platforms (Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Dalux).

  • Explore automation, scripting (Dynamo, Grasshopper), or AI-based BIM workflows for continuous improvement.

🔹 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field (B.Eng / M.Eng).

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in structural design, preferably in detailed design.

  • Strong knowledge of Revit, Civil 3D, or Allplan.

  • Excellent communication in English and Vietnamese (German is an advantage).

  • Reliable, professional, and self-driven with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and coordinate effectively within a team.

  • Project management skills are a plus.
