At gbc engineers, we’re expanding our Marketing Department in Ho Chi Minh City and we’re looking a Junior Marketing Executive to join our international team from Germany and Vietnam.

Responsible for strengthening brand presence, driving communication initiatives, and supporting business growth across regions. Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure consistent branding and tone across all channels, while developing content, managing social media, and supporting business development and event activities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Marketing & Content

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns that align with company objectives and global brand strategy.

• Develop engaging content for social media, website, newsletters, and corporate communications.

• Support management and publishing content across LinkedIn, Facebook and other digital channels; track analytics and report performance insights.

• Update website content and optimize SEO activities.

• Create high-quality visuals, brochures, and marketing materials.

2. Brand, Communication & Business Support

• Coordinate with the Marketing team to maintain consistency in branding and tone across all markets.

• Contribute to internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.

• Support business development by preparing presentations, proposals, and company portfolios.

• Assist in event planning including career fair, recruitment events, client meetings, company milestones, and CSR activities.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, SEO, or related fields.

• Hands-on experience in content creation, website management, social media, or SEO.

• Understanding of on-page SEO, keyword research, internal linking, and content optimization.

• Ability to plan, organize, and manage website content effectively.

• Able to use Canva and CapCut to create basic visual and video content.

• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for content research and workflow optimization.

• Experience analyzing website performance and identifying SEO improvement opportunities.

• Ability to manage content tasks independently and meet deadlines.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Essential

• Experience with Photoshop or similar design tools is a plus.

• Strong interest in content creation and digital marketing.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Have a proactive, detail-oriented, and organised approach.

• Creative mindset with an interest in social media and short-form video content.

Desirable

• Prior experience in a civil engineering, structural design, or construction-related company is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of German language or experience working in a German/European company environment is a plus.
