🎨 Position: Marketing Graphic Designer (Vietnam Office)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Employment Type: Full-time

1      🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design visual content for marketing, branding, and communication purposes (presentations, brochures, social media, posters, technical documents, etc.).
• Collaborate with the international marketing and engineering teams to create clear, visually consistent materials aligned with GBC’s brand identity.
• Support the creation of LinkedIn, website, and digital media posts to promote projects, company culture, and recruitment activities.
• Design technical and visual layouts for project portfolios, tenders, and corporate profiles.
• Manage and maintain the company’s visual assets and templates (logos, icons, infographics, color systems, etc.).
• Participate in photo editing, 3D rendering touch-ups, and presentation design for project deliverables.
• Contribute creative ideas to improve corporate branding and visual storytelling.

2      🔹 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Marketing, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of experience in graphic or marketing design, preferably in an international or technical environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; After Effects or Premiere is a plus).
• Experience with PowerPoint / MS Office visual design and social media content creation.
• Strong sense of visual hierarchy, typography, and branding consistency.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of translating technical ideas into engaging visuals.
• Good command of English.
