At GBC Engineers, we’re expanding our Engineering Department in Da Nang — and we’re looking for Structural Engineers (Junior, Middle & Senior Levels) to join our international team of experts from Germany and Vietnam.

GBC Engineers is an international structural and civil engineering consultancy headquartered in Germany, with a strong and expanding presence in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

We specialize in structural design, BIM modeling, and project management for industrial, commercial, and residential developments across Europe. Combining German engineering precision with digital innovation and international collaboration, we deliver sustainable, high-quality design solutions for the built environment.

1      🚀 What You’ll Do

  • Perform structural analysis and design of buildings in line with Eurocode, ACI, and TCVN standards.
  • Develop structural models and FEM models using professional software.
  • Prepare structural calculations, analysis reports, and technical documentation in English, German, or Vietnamese.
  • Collaborate with BIM, CAD, and project teams to deliver high-quality structural design models and drawings.
  • Participate in meetings, support day-to-day project execution, and ensure design accuracy.
  • (For Senior level) Review and validate design work of junior engineers and ensure compliance with internal quality standards as well as provide training to junior level engineers.


2      🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Solid understanding of structural design principles and statics.
  • Experience with structural design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD, Robot, Revit, etc.
  • Familiarity with Eurocode is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills.
  • English communication (German is a plus).
  • Curious, proactive can-do attitude, and eager to grow in an international working environment.
