đź’Ľ Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Vietnam Office)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the end-to-end recruitment process for both local and international positions, including engineering, BIM, management, and administrative roles.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, define selection criteria, and design effective sourcing strategies.

Proactively source candidates through multiple channels such as LinkedIn, VietnamWorks, referrals, social media, and professional networks.

Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

Prepare and extend job offers, and assist with negotiations regarding compensation and benefits.

Conduct background and reference checks to ensure compliance and integrity.

Maintain accurate and updated recruitment databases and records in line with data protection standards.

Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) to optimize hiring performance.

Build and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs through networking and relationship management.

Support employer branding initiatives and help organize recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and partnership events with universities.

Stay updated with labor market trends and best practices in international and technical recruitment.
🔹 Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a technical or multinational environment (engineering, construction, or architecture preferred).

Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent sourcing, and market insights.

Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and popular job platforms (VietnamWorks, TopCV, etc.).
Skills & Competencies

Excellent English communication skills (German is an advantage).

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

High attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Proactive, creative, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a multicultural team.

Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities under pressure.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
