Tasks
- Sie bearbeiten große, interessante Projekte im Bereich der Tragwerksplanung und kommunizieren mit unseren internationalen Teams
- Organisation, Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams mit ca. 10 Mitarbeitern im Bereich Architektur im Unternehmen
- Sicherung unserer Qualitätsstandards, Aufgabenkoordination, Überwachung des Projektfortschritts
- Abstimmung und Koordination mit Projektbeteiligten
- Projektleitung in technischer und kaufmännischer Hinsicht
- Pflege und Intensivierung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen, Akquisition, Netzwerken
Requirements
- Ein mit gutem Erfolg abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Architektur
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Genehmigungs- und Ausführungsplanung von Hochbauten
- Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung wünschenswert
- Sie sind motiviert, arbeiten selbstständig, zielstrebig und konzentriert
- Reisebereitschaft für zeitlich begrenzte Auslandseinsätze in Südostasien
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Kenntnisse MS Office
