Ihre Aufgaben:
- Eigenständige Bearbeitung von administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben des Empfangsbereiches (inkl. Büroorganisation und Büromittelbestellung)
- Allgemeine Korrespondenz, Postbearbeitung, Telefondienst
- Verschiedene Assistenzaufgaben zur Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung
- Rechnungsvorsortierung und vorbereitende Buchführung
- Unterstützung beim Personalwesen (Stundenabrechnung, Urlaubsverwaltung, Krankmeldungen etc.)
- Pflege von Excel-Listen, Ordnern und Server-Ablagen
- Unterstützung bei der Geschäftsentwicklung, Planung und Definition von Prozessen
Ihr Profil:
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
- Sicherheit im Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Souveränes und sympathisches Auftreten, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Hohes Engagement und große Selbständigkeit
- Zuverlässige, sorgfältige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute deutsch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute englische Kenntnisse vorteilhaft
