Ihre Aufgaben:
- Prepare and execute tasks for sales and pre-sales, as well as coordinate among stakeholders
- Manage the CRM system to ensure that customer information is up-to-date
- Manage documents and contracts related to sales and marketing
- Prepare relevant documents and content for marketing and company profiles
- Create reports on sales performance and present these to management and BOD
- Search for potential customers and build relationships with them
- Ensure that sales operations are efficient and effective by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes where necessary
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement
- Develop and implement sales plans and market development plans
- Translate English, German, and Vietnamese documents
Ihr Profil:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in Sales, Marketing or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and present information to senior management
- Proficient in English, German, and Vietnamese languages
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
