Position: Design Manager

1. Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate structural and BIM engineering projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Drive innovation by providing expert technical solutions and overseeing the design process from concept to completion.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and quality control to deliver exceptional results on time and within budget.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Engage with clients to gather feedback, address technical challenges, and ensure their needs are met with precision and creativity.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating cutting-edge technologies and best practices into every project.
2. Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in structural engineering, with a strong background in design management and project coordination.
- Hands-on experience with BIM software (e.g., Allplan, Revit, AutoCAD), structural analysis tools, and knowledge of industry codes (e.g., ACI, Eurocodes).
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage workflows, and drive projects to successful completion.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- A proactive mindset with a knack for innovative solutions and risk management.
