As our global operations continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Engineer to join our Vietnam office, contributing to exciting international projects and advancing our digital design excellence.

💼 Position: Junior BIM Engineer (Vietnam Office)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Department: Engineering Division
Employment Type: Full-time

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain BIM models for structural projects using Revit and Allplan, ensuring precision and efficiency.

  • Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural models into overall project designs.

  • Create and detail 2D/3D models of structural components including reinforcement (rebar), precast concrete, and steel structures.

  • Ensure all models comply with project specifications, industry standards, and applicable codes.

  • Assist in preparing construction drawings, documentation, and schedules based on approved designs.

  • Perform clash detection reviews, interpret results, and make necessary model adjustments to ensure design integrity.

  • Participate in project coordination meetings, providing BIM-related insights and solutions.

  • Maintain accurate and updated BIM models throughout all project phases.

  • Support the implementation and improvement of BIM standards, workflows, and best practices across the organization.

🔹 Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in BIM modeling, preferably within the structural discipline.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Allplan; experience with Revit or other BIM software is highly desirable.

  • Solid understanding of structural design principles and construction methods.

  • Familiarity with relevant codes and industry standards.

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to design quality.

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.

  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new digital tools and methods.
