🔹 Key Responsibilities
Structural Design & Analysis
-
Perform structural analysis and design of buildings and structures in accordance with international standards (e.g., Eurocode, ACI, TCVN).

Prepare structural calculations, analysis reports, and technical documentation in English, German, or Vietnamese.

Develop finite element models (FEM) and other structural models to support project design and optimization.
-
Create and verify structural drawings and rebar details, ensuring compliance with design standards and coordination with architectural drawings.
Project Coordination & Collaboration
-
Work closely with team leaders, engineers, and BIM teams to support the daily execution of design projects.

Collaborate with CAD and BIM engineers to ensure accurate translation of structural analysis into models and drawings.

Participate in project meetings and maintain effective communication with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.

Support BIM engineering teams in reviewing analysis reports and providing structural input when required.
Quality & Documentation

Ensure all designs meet internal quality control standards and project requirements.

Prepare and maintain well-organized project documentation and correspondence.

Assist in preparing technical reports, proposals, and presentations as needed.
Learning & Development

Participate in regular technical training sessions to enhance design knowledge and professional skills.

Engage in self-learning and mentorship programs to grow within the company.

Contribute to internal knowledge sharing by preparing training materials and supporting peer learning.
🔹 Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with good academic performance.

Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, statics, and design fundamentals.

Familiarity with structural design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD, Robot) and MS Office 365.
-
Knowledge or experience with Eurocode is an advantage.

Good English communication and writing skills (German is a plus).

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Prepare structural calculations, analysis reports and correspondence in German, English or Vietnamese language to international standard e.g. Eurocode, ACI, TCVN, etc.
- Analyze building structures to international codes and standards using structural design software
- Work on several project stages from feasibility studies through concept, schematic and detailed design stage
- Prepare Finite Element Models and other structural models for structures
- Work with and support structural CAD engineers in preparation of design drawings
- Working alongside Team leader to support day to day running of projects
- Producing structural reports and correspondence
- Prepare and create structural drawings
- Ensure designs and drawings are accurate, tie in with architectural drawings, and adhere to Design code used Standards.
- Maintain a high level of communication and team-work with Structural Drafters.
- Keep fellow team members and the branch manager informed of work-load and deadlines, to help with the delegation of work.
- Support BIM Engineering teams in reviewing Analysis reports
- Prepare rebar sketches and information for BIM teams
- Attend regular trainings
- Undertake trainings for junior engineers or draft men (CAD Engineers)
- Prepare training material for trainings in engineering subjects
- Others tasks assigned by Managers.
Ihr Profil:
- Good or Very Good bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil or Structural Engineering
- At least 70% on the structural engineering Level 1 test
- Strong analytical and logical thinking ability; Eager to learn, investigate and solve problems
- Ability to document content clearly, structured, and concisely
- Able to think globally and work with various cultures/backgrounds.
- Being able to work with minimum supervision, efficiently schedule and manage time;
- Good English Communication and writing skills, Computer literate: MS Office 365 Products
- Advantage: Experience in Eurocode
