💼 Position: Structural Engineer (Vietnam Office)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Project Design & Delivery

• Perform structural analysis and design for buildings in accordance with international codes and standards (e.g., Eurocode, ACI, TCVN).

• Develop structural models, calculations, and professional analysis reports in English, German, or Vietnamese.

• Prepare drawings, sketches, and documentation that meet design intent, accuracy, and quality expectations.

• Coordinate with team members to manage workload, meet deadlines, and ensure the successful completion of assigned projects.

Teamwork & Collaboration

• Work closely with BIM engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of structural designs.

• Check and validate the correct implementation of design requirements in drawings and BIM models.

• Review and evaluate MEP openings and related structural impacts to ensure system compatibility.

• Maintain a high level of team communication and technical coordination across all disciplines.

Quality & Technical Excellence

• Review and validate designs to ensure compliance with quality standards, design codes, and client requirements.

• Participate in site inspections, building investigations, and structural surveys when required.

• Identify design improvements and implement process enhancements for efficiency and quality.

Continuous Learning & Development

• Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in structural engineering.

• Participate in training sessions, contribute to internal knowledge sharing, and support junior engineers in skill development.

• Collaborate with the Team Leader to define personal and team development goals.

🔹 Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Structural or Civil Engineering (or a related field).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in structural design.

• Strong knowledge of structural calculations, analysis, and statics.

• Proficiency in structural and BIM software (e.g., FE tools, Revit, Eurocode-based platforms).

Technical & Soft Skills

• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English for technical documents and coordination.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Effective teamworking and communication skills in a multidisciplinary environment.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining quality.

• Creative, adaptable, and eager to learn and innovate.
