Ihre Aufgaben:
- Lead and manage a team of structural engineers by planning, scheduling, and assigning tasks to manage the performance of the team.
- Be responsible for supporting team members by providing guidance, feedback, and mentoring.
- Appraise the design, analysis, and evaluation of structural components and systems for various construction projects.
- Appraise the quality of drawings.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to develop project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with the BIM Manager for any matter to ensure a smooth working process.
- Plan time schedule of projects (submittal date forecast), update weekly deadlines for all team members in database; coordinate time schedule with line manager; prepare weekly drawing forecast;
- Review and approve engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess structural integrity, identify issues, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in structural engineering, and incorporate them into project design and execution.
- Provide technical support and expertise to resolve complex engineering challenges and ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Other assigned tasks by the Manager.
Ihr Profil:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in civil engineering or structural engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in structural design.
- At least 1 year in a leadership position.
- Experience in international projects.
- Good knowledge of Eurocode and TCVN.
- Proficient in using Finite-Element Software (i.e. Etabs, RFEM, INFOCAD).
